Everyone really wants to honor their mother with a special remembrance. And...everyone needs to get a gift for Mom. When you offer a wonderful gift that also benefits a charity (or your school) – you can’t lose!

How It Works

Mother's Day is one of the best holidays to raise funds with pre-ordering gifts. It is really important to work with a quality supplier to select gifts that moms will love. Candles, perfume, flowers, and chocolate are always great choices.

Figure out your group's overall fundraising goal and that will help you to determine the price point for the items you wish to sell.

Remember to get all of the ordering done at least one month before Mother’s Day to allow for gifts to be returned in time for distribution. Mom needs her gift to be on time! Double check with the supplier to ensure that you receive the products with ample time to get them into the hands of those who have ordered through you.

If you elect to sell the products to fellow students, make sure that the gifts are affordable but high quality. If the gifts are tacky or low quality…that doesn’t really speak well of the gift giver or your school or organization for selecting the items.
